Please Read before Booking.
This page includes important information about how I work, what's expected from clients, and what you can expect from me. By moving forward with a booking, you agree to the terms listed here. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both you and me.
Deposit
Requirements
A non-refundable deposit is required before any work can commence. This deposit ensures your commitment and secures your place in our schedule. Each package has individual deposit amounts. Single Services are expected to be paid in full at the start.
Initial Concept Submission
Before starting the design process, clients must provide a startup idea or concept. This helps us understand your vision and ensures we are aligned from the beginning.
Mid-Project Check-In
Each client will receive a halfway point check-in to review the progress and provide feedback. This check-in allows for adjustments to be made before the final stages of the design process.
Revision Policy
Once the final design has been completed and approved, any additional revisions will incur a fee of $5 per revision. This fee covers the extra time and resources required to make changes after the project is finalized. There are 2 free revisions ONLY.
